i filed my return on february the second, and as of May the first, i still haven't received my return and i was charged for this service despite that.

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
When you agreed to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund you also agreed to pay them directly if your refund was delayed. That is why you have been charged for the fees.
The IRS was not processing tax returns for some time so there is a huge backlog of unprocessed returns. You may be caught in the backlog.
Have you confirmed that your efiled return was submitted and accepted by the IRS?

If you did not efile it, did you print and mail it yourself? TurboTax does not print and mail it for you.
