No reject or accept email after filing

I filed my sons tax return on January 20, 2021.  He received the email from Turbo Tax that the return had been sent.  Today is February 4, 2021 and he still has not received the "accepted or rejected" email.  The IRS has no record of his return.

The IRS will start processing returns on Feb 12. Until then TurboTax will hold your pending e-filed return.
