No Refund Yet

Good Day to you all,

I submitted my refund in Feb of 2020 and have yet to receive it. I was told my refund was accepted by the IRS but now it says, Still pending, with a code 970 I think. At tis point because the IRS is still holding my refund, Turbo tax says they will charge me for doing the taxes. How can I find out about my refund (I've already done the IRS.GOV thing) no results.

It is "still PROCESSING"  ( not pending ) and it will continue to be processed until the IRS APPROVES  the release of the refund.   How long this will take is unknown this year due to the tax law changes and the ongoing covid issues in staffing.
