No refund still says unfunded

I am beyond furious with turbo tax and will never use them again after 20 years . I made I guess the mistake of paying from my refund and they never told me they were farming it out to  third party and now somehow it’s stuck unfunded . No one will help me . The IRS paid me on Feb 22 still nothing 

I swear I’m am beyond stressed and all this for 300.10 from turbo for “ max” benefits . Wtf what a scam . Can anyone help me ? I’m so frazzled

You need to check with Santa Barbara Bank Products, which our third party bank that acts as our refund processing service. Please select this link and then scroll to the bottom left of the page for a list of phone numbers to call to find out the status of your return.

Thank you for your kind response . I have done that . I am on their website checking more times than a person in pain on a morphine pump . They say IRS  never sent it 

irs says they have proof that they sent it Feb 22 . 

still nothing . I swear to god I’m beyond disgusted . All the money the CEOs get sitting in their chairs laughing at poor people like me smoking their big fat Cuban cigars while I’m starving . I’m so depressed
