No refund status after 3 months

I filed by mail 3 months ago. I still have the USPS receipt with the tracking number which confirmed that my return was received. However, there is no information available on "Where's my Refund?"... It just says I may have entered the information incorrectly! This has never happened to me. We received our state return months ago now... I can't reach anyone at the IRS of course. This is really frustrating... Any thoughts or advice?

Mailed returns can take 6 months to process.
