I filed my taxes in 2020, my tax preparer did not send the form 8962 and now it has been 1 year, and I still not have any information about my return, I went to IRS.gov and it says "we can not provide any information., check your filed date or talk to your tax preparer", there are anyways that we can find out what happened or what to do?
Once your returns are accepted by the IRS, TurboTax no longer receives any updates on them. Did your tax preparer use TurboTax to submit your return to the IRS? You will need to contact the person or company who prepared your taxes for further information.
