No refund 3 months

I filed my return. In early Jan and still haven’t recieved a refund from nys. It says recieved and processing for months . Apparently these errors are due to software issues with TurboTax . TurboTax needs to rectify the situation and either compensate us , or provide a refund for what we paid to file taxes. Not to mention it’s pretty much impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone or via email at TurboTax for support in this matter . I’ve used turbo tax for over 10 years . This is the last year I will be using them after this.
