No option to file online

I just completed my 2020 return and there is no option to pay. Under 'file'. A message box appears telling me that  I cannot file for free due to my income. There is no other area to pay. I called support and was told to download Turbo Tax to my desktop. I don't want to do that. I  then was told to try Turbotax.com and after I chose I was rerouted back to my return. How odd. 20 minutes wasted with support. I guess his team leader didn't know either.  Anyone have any suggestions before I go to anothoer company? Again, I clicked everywher, no option to pay comes up. I do not want to download anything.

Please clear the cookies and cache from your web browser. Once you have cleared it for the entire history, please try to go back to TurboTax.com and log back in.

I have recieved a response. TurboTax simply decided not to have that option on the free version. Imagine that. One has to create a new account under the regular TurboTax. Terrible. I will print and simply mail out my return. TurboTax is too complicated. When I first started with them I ended up using 2 different emails due to log in issues.
