You got denied if you selected get paid 5 days early on ur refund. They found a way to make more money off us. Refund advance is free getting paid early costs us. So if you opted in for both it Denied you the free service only. You won't be getting an advanced refund. They **bleep**ed us this year. It was an either or option which they didn't state at all. So left us all thinking were getting an advance but only if you didn't elect to get your refund early! Thats why we were all approved and then denied!!

Possibly. It depends on how the offer is worded. Remember that for an advance, you only get a portion of the expected refund and not everyone qualifies (it depends on your refund, the risk level of your return, and other factors). For the 5-day-early offer, everyone qualifies and you get the entire refund amount early, not a partial amount.
If that is disclosed on screen, that's fine, although I would never pay a fee for "5 days early", I'm not in that much of a hurry.
If you opted in to get paid 5 days early your not eligible for an advanced refund. It's in the small pint on the credit karma website. It's either or!
