You have a typo in your question so we cannot tell what you really filed or when.   But if you filed a 2018 federal return anytime since October of 2019, the only way it could have been filed correctly was by mail.  It takes the IRS a long time to process mailed returns, so if you filed it recently you will be waiting for at least a couple of months and probably longer.   A 2018 return is not going to show up on the IRS refund site so all you can do is wait patiently for them to process your return.
