My state taxes for New Mexico are still pending since 2-1-18. Should I be concerned?

I'm in the same boat. i even have a DD date for my federal return. my NM return is still pending.

ditto +1 - seems the 3rd world NM TRD is dragging feet again

NM finally updated to accepted for me today!
