I e-filed my NJ tax return and was accepted on 1/31. I checked the status one month later and the website shows it was on second stage "Processing". Now it's been 3 months, i still don't receive the refund and checked the website again. it no longer shows my tax status and says " We have no information for the Social Security number and refund amount you entered at this time."
What was wrong? I don't receive any letter from NJ DOT and don't find a phone number to talk with a real person.
Anyone has the same issue before?
