New York state tax refund delay

My nys return was accepted at 2/19, but nothing show up in nys tax refund status and customer service does not know why.

I rexeived federal tax refund though.

Does anyone have same issue with me?

I will not use Turbo tax again, customer service is not good!

Any thought or feedback?

There have been delays reported from the New York Department of Revenue. Unfortunately, TurboTax has no control over this. You can track your refund here: Income Tax Refund Status, and you can contact the NY Department of Revenue here: New York (NY).
