Never recived accepted email from IRS

Filed 2/12 received text from Turbotax 2/13 stating irs accepted return and to look for email conformation a few hours later recived another text about state. Got email conformation on state but never one from federal, when I go to irs.gov or use the app the message that appears after entering all my info says "information does not match" I've never not recived the email conformation from the IRS am I the only one with this issue

You may want to check your Spam/Junk folder for an email confirmation for your federal return. You can also check the e-file status of your federal return by signing back in to TurboTax. Once your return has been accepted, you can track your refund using the Where's My Refund? site.

I've checked spam/junk and no email from federal.  Also e-file status states "accepted " but IRS site says no such info has been submitted.

If the e-file status site says accepted, you can trust that is has been accepted. Don't worry if the Where's My Refund site doesn't provide the same information.  This could mean the IRS's website hasn't updated since you filed your return. If you get the message "We cannot provide any information about your refund", that doesn't mean something's wrong.  Please see the Turbo Tax FAQ below for more information regarding the  Where's my refund message.
