I was in prison while they gave out the checks and never received any of them I'm just wondering if I can still claim them?

If you did not file a 2020 or 2021 tax return then you will need to file those tax years and complete the Recovery Rebate Credit section to receive the payments.

To complete and file a prior year (2022 thru 2020) tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Many mailing multiple tax years use a separate envelope for each year.
