Where is my refund telling me that my refund was applied to a a prior text obligation and a gave me a cold of 201 reference 1091 the this mean they took my whole refund?

neither TT nor anyone on this forum has any knowledge of any unpaid taxes for previous years.   you can either wait for a letter to explain what happened or contact the taxing authorities
