To get a replacement prepaid card, you can report your card lost or stolen through this link. https://secure.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/login

You can also contact customer support for Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169.

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
