Need to file amendment for 2018 taxes; any way I can file electronically for IRS or NYState? Or can I only print out the amended pages, not 197 pages in total? Thx.

you can not efile federal but NY is one of the few states that allows efiling an amended return you do not need 197 pages. what the irs requires is form 1040-X and all forms and schedules that changed. that 197 pages includes worksheets and lists the IRS does not need. for printing when select print dialog see if you can check all official forms required for filing
