Need to change direct deposit info

My France's bank will not allow my refund to be deposited ...how do I change to get a card from turbotax with my refund on it

Once you have filed you cannot change how you get your refund. But, when direct deposit fails, the IRS mails a check to the address on your return. It usually takes a few weeks, and you can follow progress of actions at 'Where's My Refund' on IRS.gov.
