Need Help Understanding Original Return (refund) vs Amended (owed)

For my 2021 taxes, I filed the return and was due a refund ($3K). A day later, I realized I forgot to add 1099-R ($1.90) and 1099-SA ($67), filed an amended return and owed $8 which I paid. Will I still get the refund?
