Or mail in the 1040V voucher with a check or money order. Write your Social Security number on your check and note that it is for 2018 tax due.
Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the payment.

You can request a payment installment agreement. If you have not filed yet you can request it when you go through the file section. If you have already filed your return you can apply for the payment installment agreement online.
