This would be for living in Nebraska and need to access prior taxes

If you filed with TurboTax you can view a copy of your prior-year return with these instructions: How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return?

If you didn't file with TurboTax and need a copy of your state return, then contact the Nebraska Department of Revenue directly. You can use Form 23 to request a copy or transcript of a prior-year return.
