Without any information about your situation we have to start guessing what you are encountering.   Are you trying to get a copy of an online 2024 return you already filed?  Or are you trying to finish a 2024 return that you have started, but not yet filed?    Or when you log in, is there no evidence at all that a 2024 return has been started in that account, and it's acting like it wants you to start one?    Or is there evidence that you prepared a 2024 return, but TurboTax thinks you were finished, and you don't know how to get back to the return interview from the Tax Home to keep working on the return?

What are you ultimately trying to do, and what are you seeing when you log in?
