Likely it is a corrected W2c. Compare it to your original W2 from that employer to see the changes. Typically, the corrected W2 only has the changed information. So when you enter the W2 forms you will enter as one W2 from that employer. Enter information from boxes that did not change from the original W2 and enter the information from boxes that changed from the "Corrected" W2.
