My total income tax return bar shows I'm pending $1200 to be paid but IRS website doesn't say anything is pending will I still be getting anything back?

I think you mean you received a refund payment from the IRS for the 2021 tax return that you filed that was less than what it should have been, and you want to know if you will receive any more refund. Normally not, but you should receive a letter form the IRS explaining why you received less refund than what was listed on your tax return.
