My taxes were held for a student loan,so I didn't get anything on my TurboTax Card. Will the stimulas payment still go on the card I got?

No, TurboTax will have no involvement with the direct payment of the stimulus check.
In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

Stimulus checks are being sent to turbo card but they are holding them for two days.

You will receive your stimulus check. The IRS will only garnish a stimulus check for unpaid child support payments.
