IMHO -- till the audit actually challenges something, there is nothing for you or TurboTax to do.
Audits are done for quite a few purposes --(a) to establish that the processing software is catching all the "suspect" items -- this used to set and test the values of parameters they check returns for. It is tuning process.; (b) the processing has flagged a return and therefore a human goes through and decides whether this allowable or needs more deep look -- a specific item audit; (c) a certain number of randomly selected returns are used for compliance audit -- every line item audited. and there may be others I am not aware of.
However, I maintain, that if you have prepared an accurate return based on facts, then there is nothing to worry -- other than delay in the refund being issued.
Also all a tax professional or TurboTax expert can do in an audit is to ensure that IRS is not being arbitrary and is following the law. You can see audit guidelines that IRS publishes for many subject matter audits or you can look at IRM -- where anything and everything that an IRS employee does is codified .
You will be OK -- rest easy
