the IRS website states they have completed processing all returns that had no errors through MARCH! 

the are behind on processing!

if there is nothing on the WMR tool, it means they have to crack open the envelope!

@ashl880350 - there is nothing Turbo Tax can do; it's all in the hands of the IRS.  the fact that you efiled and still do not have the refund means there is an error of some sort.

1) check your transcript at the IRS website and see if there are any clues based on what is posted on the transcript.

2) likely suspects are a) entry on Lines 28 or 30 of Form 1040 that are not correct, b) something you submitted on a W-2 does not match what your employer submitted

3) call the 800 number.   The IRS is holding 1.7 tax returns that have issues.
