If you chose to pay for TurboTax with your refund then your Refund will be distributed by Santa Barbara Bank. TurboTax does not receive or issue refunds.

When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT). Note that there’s a $40 processing fee charged by SBTPG for the transaction.

You can go to the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group website if you need assistance with your refund.

someone stole my sisters refund after it was deposited into her phone they stoler her phone and drained her account but she paid for the full turbo tax package. would that be covered under the insurance agreement and how do we file a claim
