My tax refund is missing between TurboTax debit card and green dot debit card.

I have my bank account number on my 1040. it doesn't match. The number on my green dot debit card

The banking information for the GreenDot debit card is not the number listed on the card. You would need to contact GreenDot to get the actual account number and routing number.

I received the card how do my taxes appear do I personally have to load the funds onto the card or...I am co fused as I haven’t used the debit before also last years I never received my refund I have the forms where can I send them and or am I entitled to that money

No, the funds will be deposited to your account once the IRS releases them. You will need to activate the card you received in the mail by going online. Here's a link for further assistance:
