There was a prior issue of the Schedule E not being included in the PDF of the 2017 tax return for some users but was resolved with an update to the online editions. If you e-filed the 2017 tax return using the online editions prior to the problem being resolved then your PDF of the 2017 tax return may not have the Schedule E included, although it was sent with the e-filed tax return.
The current PDF of the 2017 tax return only includes those forms and schedules needed to file a tax return and does not include all the other worksheets. After the transition from tax year 2017 to 2018 has been completed then the 2017 PDF will include all forms, schedules and worksheets. So the Schedule E should be included in the PDF within a few weeks. Check back weekly to see if the PDF download includes your Schedule E and the worksheets for the 2017 tax return.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
