My return was accepted Jan 28th and as of today its still in the accepted part. Is there a reason is has not been approved yet. Thanks

The IRS is currently processing a backlog of returns in the order they received them. If you filed before February 15, 2019, and claimed an Earned Income Tax Credit and/or an Additional Child Tax Credit, the soonest you will get your refund is the week of February 27.
