My refund was rejected

My refund was rejected and they are saying someone is using the SS of the dependent on my return, will the other return that they filed be rejected as well?

Did you dependent file his/her own return? The IRS accepted the first one it receives, but then will reject any others with that same SSN.

Turbo tax prepared my tax return, I have received state tax refund, in the amt. turbo tax stated, however, federal refund was reduced from $4,018 to 1,168, WHY?
