Does the IRS refund site say that the refund was issued? What does it say here:
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If the IRS site says your refund was issued and you have not received it in your account-----did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees by having those fees deducted from your federal refund? The problem may be with the third party bank.
