I would wait till 9 am when the bank opens then check

The IRS does make deposits on Mondays, however, February 18, 2019 (tomorrow) is President's Day and it is a federal holiday. A refund will not be initiated tomorrow.

A refund initiated Friday may be deposited tomorrow. Your deposit may be delayed a few days due to this.
