My refund is practically half

I filed for my husband and myself and when we did it told us around 3,000$ and I received the refun from together and it’s half of the amount. I’ve tried calling and no one is helpful. I have been using TurboTax for years and never had a problem, and now I am and no one is helping. If this post can’t help me find answers I’m going to be posting to socials my experience and then maybe I can get their attention.
