My refund has been approved for the expected refund amount. But tax topic 203 appears. Am I receiving my expected refund?

I have read that but my question is my expected refund was approved not less. Scheduled to be sent to my account Mar 1st. Does this mean I am getting my expected amount or will they reduce it still. Approved my my expected amount means I am getting expected amount?
