My refund amount and the amount that was deposited in my account differ greatly. i need help understanding the issue. how do we/they calculate overpayments?

i entered the CTC correctly and i also entered the correct amount directed from letter 6471.

There appears to be an error calculating line 14 of the Iowa 1040 schedule 1 - Federal Income tax refund or overpayment recvd in 2023. The amount is double the refund.
