My property taxes were entered incorrectly and the returns filed. How do I amend this amount.

Did you have enough itemized deductions for your property tax to have any effect on your refund or tax due?  The amount you can deduct for property tax is capped at $10K, (or at $5K if you filed MFS)  so entering more than that has no effect.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take five months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
