Have you confirmed that you efile your return and it was transmitted by TurboTax and either accepted or rejected by the IRS? Here is a link to confirm this: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
If it was accepted, you can check the status of your refund on the IRS tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If it was rejected, it has not been filed. You must fix the reason for rejection and resubmit it to the IRS.
If you chose to print and mail your return instead of efiling it, you must print, sign and mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.
For security reasons, it's best to remove your personal information. Are you a first-time filer? I know being a first-time filer it will take longer to receive your refund. If you filed previously in the past for years and experiencing a big delay its advise to contact the IRS to find out what the issue may be.
