My MO-1040V has a DO NOT FILE watermark on it. Can I still print it and mail in my payment or do I need to wait?

The upper part of the form says FORM NOT FINAL but the MO site shows all forms are final.

You could download the blank one from the state website then write in your info and amount on it.
