So like i said we been seperated since last febuary my kids lived with me since last febuaury every nite. i filed head of household i claim my half of the advance child credit of 3150 my ex was hetting the other half of 3150, My income taxes was pproves put it said

So does that mean there taking her 3150 out of my taxes . shouldnt she owe it since she still took the money but didnt live with us . i looked it up and i beleive i couldnt claim that since it was and advancement so just wondering if they will only take 3150 from my refund ?

Your notice (not an audit) does not seem to have anything to do with the Advance Child Tax Credits.
If you put the amount that you alone received on your tax return, you should get the entire balance.

i wonder if its from me paying turbo tax using my federal refund i opted for them to do ?
(UPDATE) Well i checked my transcripts account and my cycle date is 20220705 with a code 846 dd is 2/24 2022 with my amount i expected but my WMR still says the same !
