If she never got her 2015 federal refund, she should contact the IRS at 800-424-1040 and find out if her tax return was ever filed.

If she never filed it, she can prepare her 2015 return by purchasing a CD/Download version of TurboTax HERE. She would have to print out and mail the return, because e-file is no longer available for the 2015 return.
