My federal tax refund

It's past the 24th which was supposed to be my ddd according to TurboTax and credit karma I still haven't received it I received an email from TurboTax stating my refund should be on the way and I still haven't received anything is there anyone that can give me an estimate or let me know if there is more information needed or when my refund will be available
