My federal said I was suppose to receive 2/13/2020 and I still haven't received anything

Yea this is getting crazy my state a fed was excepted  1/23/2020 how much longer do I got to wait my mother filed hers a week after me and received all her taxes already

I should have got mine 2/13/2020. I still haven't got anything. When I try to look at where my refund is it just says the thing about early tax credits. I called IRS. Talk to someone who transferred me. Then I go hung up on.
