My federal return was accepted 3 weeks ago but I haven't gotten it yet. Are there any delays idk about?

The IRS says that for most taxpayers (like 90%) on average it takes about 21 days from completion of processing. In reality, some take longer. Check your refund status on the IRS website

Wmr says my refund was issued 2-24 and I still haven't seen it..
