Same! TT has been seriously slacking the last few years. Last year my fed refund was $1500 less than what they said it would be by the time it got to me-with zero clarification from the IRS or TT as to why that was. I pay them about $250-310 every year to file as a self employed person, paying extra for all their "MAX DEFENSE" promised protection- and even tho it says they call the IRS and deal with all the tax talk so we don't have to- three different times I was told to 'just call the treasury department and ask them why they changed it.' I told them I'd have a better chance of passing a unicorn on my way to drop my mini humans off at school then getting ahold of any one at the IRS, especially during this pandemic. Still unsure as to why I'm continuing to pay their increasing costs (its gone from $12 to $300 in just a few short years) when they want me to do the job they so proudly boast is done by them on our behalf. Trust and Believe- they still took the same amount for payment from what little refund I actually recieved. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least.
