My debit card app not working

The Turbo Visa Debit Card app/website is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance. If you need another service please try again later.

I tried the text option and I still can’t check my balance. The app or the website isn’t working
