My campus requested a 2017 1040 Doc. I never filed my taxes from 2017. So I filled it out from scratch and they said I am missing info on page 2. Can somebody run it down

In terms of lines and numbers that need to be filled. I already submitted it twice after I had a tax specialist help me and still they are saying something is wrong.
