My bank name for payment is not accepted saying it has more than 35 characters. Can anybody help me? Thanks,

As a last minute check before sending the tax return to IRS ( I have already made the payment ), I am instructed to fix the bank's name by reducing the number of characters. I did reduce the number of characters to the acceptable level; still it won't take it saying we cannot proceed if you do not fix it. How Can I fix it?

I would suggest abbreviating the Bank's name even further if you are still getting the error message. 

As long as you have the correct routing number and account number, you won't have any problems with your direct deposit.
